Shipping Policy

All orders placed before the close of business hours will be shipped the same day as the order. If an order is received after the close of our business hours, it will be shipped the next business day. Better Life Medical & Surgical Supply utilizes in-house drivers, FedEx, UPS and the United States Postal Service for shipping. You will be prompted to select your desired shipping carrier during the checkout process.

How long does it take to ship my order?
When you order from us, you can expect your order to ship the same day when placed before 3:00 PM EST Monday through Friday provided it is in stock. You can also expect your package to arrive within next day in most cases.

How do you ship and how much does it cost?
Our checkout page will quote all of this for you, simply type your shipping address in, scroll down to the shipping section, pick your method and look at the price in the box to the right. Using this tool, you can shop multiple methods and obtain a final price.

Will you ship to an APO address or PO BOX?
Yes, we will do so at the same rates for ground shipping in the contiguous US.

How long does Ground shipping take?
Ground shipping times vary depending on the distance from our warehouses in Florida but the longest distances usually take only five business days. Transit time for Ground shipping is not guaranteed.

Do you ship to other States, Canada or Internationally?
No. At this time we only ship to the State of Florida, United States.
