Returns Eligibility 

We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you are not satisfied with your home medical equipment purchase, you may be eligible for a return subject to the following conditions: 

  • Unused and Unopened: The product must be unused, in its original packaging, and in the same condition as when you received it. Opened or used products may not be eligible for return, unless they are found to be defective or damaged upon receipt. 

  • Timeframe: You must initiate the return process within 5 days from the date of delivery. Returns requested after this timeframe may not be accepted. 

Non-Returnable Items 

Please note that certain items are non-returnable for hygiene and safety reasons, including but not limited to: 

  • Personal hygiene products (e.g., incontinence products, oral care items) 

  • Consumable or disposable items (e.g., filters, mask cushions) 

  • Custom-made or personalized items 

  • Products with expired warranties or products subject to manufacturer restrictions 

Return Process 

To initiate a return, please follow these steps: 

  • Contact Customer Support: Contact our customer support team to inform them about your intent to return the product. You may be asked to provide the order details, reason for return, and any supporting information or images, if applicable. 

  • Return Authorization: Once your return request is approved, you will receive a return authorization number (RA number) along with instructions on how to proceed. 

  • Packaging and Shipping: Pack the product securely in its original packaging or an appropriate alternative. Include the RA number on the return package. You will be responsible for the return shipping costs unless the return is due to our error or a defective/damaged product. 

Inspection and Refunds 

Once we receive the returned product, our team will inspect it to ensure it meets the eligibility criteria mentioned in Section 1. If the return is approved: 

  • Refund: A refund will be issued to your original payment method within 5 business days. Please note that the refund amount may be subject to deductions for any applicable restocking fees or return shipping costs. 

Exchanges 

If you would like to exchange a product for a different model, size, or variant, please follow the return process mentioned above. Once your return is processed, you can place a new order for the desired item. 

Defective or Damaged Products 

If you receive a defective or damaged product, please contact our customer support team immediately. We will guide you through the return process and arrange for a replacement or refund as applicable.
